The next step was to get our home ready to sell. More good guidance from Brian and Lisa Marie to be prepared early. That was a huge move especially when this “short sale” came to fruition as quickly as it did. They put us in touch with a lender where we got pre-approval on our mortgage and, ultimately, our home loan. It sure didn’t end there. Even then they made it possible for us to close while we were in New Jersey. They made everything easy. Brian and Lisa Marie set up their connections for many things to start while we were driving here. They started out by having the house cleaned; then the carpet was stretched and shampooed. They also got us a landscaper, a painter, a pool service, a locksmith to change our locks, and home security. The morning that we arrived, we were greeted by Brian sweeping out the garage. We had a sign in our exterior entryway saying, “Welcome to the Cilderman home!” They had put toilet paper in all of the bathrooms, as well as paper towels and hand soap in the kitchen. There was granite cleaner and window cleaner. There was a welcome basket on the counter in the kitchen with gifts from various vendors from this area. This basket was created by Lisa Marie. What an outstanding team they are. Obviously, we were working with a thoughtful, knowledgeable, caring couple. We love this house and we really wanted it! They made it happen with their incredible expertise and concern for us. They greatly exceeded our expectations. They went above and beyond. We would be so pleased and honored to recommend them to those looking for a realtor and a home in this area.
